In general, controlling the work flow of the Detailing projects is much complicated. To simplify and automate this process, C-Tech RC Design (I) Pvt. Ltd., is designed and developed the software called C-Tech PMS.
PMS is working in a systematic way, which follows the hierarchy of the company. Roles and responsibility are controlled by the PMS.
Using PMS , The Manager or Team leader can allocate the projects, drawings and tasks, monitor, prepare the individual performance report, Team production reports, Invoice report etc.,
Billing or invoice pattern varies depending on the type of projects, some of the projects are sheet based , some of them are Tonnage based and some time it is Hours based. When it is hourly based it is difficult to prepare the exact hours spent by resource, PMS automates this process in the most efficient way.
Monitoring the branch office activities from head office is made easy by PMS.
